Student services at most churches in Honduras are usually very formal, boring, and coated in legalism. As we spent more time with the boys in our leadership program, we realized they didn't have a safe, fun place to learn about Jesus and build community with other students who were following Him. So Conexión was born in June 2022. Over the last year, Conexión has grown to 40-50 students. We have seen close to 30 students start a relationship with Jesus and had 8 students get baptized. It is quickly turning into a really special community for our students and we are seeing students grow and step out as leaders in their schools, homes, and city.
